They chose to take the different path, create a separate school district and ultimately Dalton Public Schools was born. From 1886 until now, Dalton Public Schools proudly offers a unique educational experience for every student, with more opportunities inside and outside the classroom that challenge and inspire each student to pursue what can only be called the Dalton Difference.
